VARIABLE
Load In and Load Out Time
Usually 1 and 1/2 hours are required for load-in through sound check/set levels of a four- channel setup prior to the time of concert; after the concert, pack and load out takes about ½ the time required to set up.
Additional time required is dependent on the number of channels, the complexity of the ensemble staging and placement of equipment, and physical arrangements from performance space to recording monitor station.
10% of total invoice per month late.
Late Fees
We will assess a 10% late fee per month for all new invoices not paid in full within 30 days, with the exception of prearranged payment plans. Payment plans must be arranged prior to the beginning of work.
Archive
After 30 days of no reply to communication from LinderVox Sound, projects are subject to be put into Archive (DVD or HD), and removed from active data drives. Projects in Archive are taken out of the work queue. Projects that are restored from Archive will be placed at the end of the line after restoration. Projects can be placed into rush status for an extra fee.
$50 flat rate
Archive Restoration
Restoring projects from Archive are subject to a $50 restoration fee. This covers personnel cost, material cost, and time lost on other projects.
Double hourly rate
Rush Fees
A rush fee of a double hour charge ($70/hr non-profit, $100 for commercial) for rush and short notice work may be applied. This charge moves your project to the front of the work queue.
VARIABLE
Damage
In the event a piece of studio gear owned by LinderVox Sound becomes damaged by you, or anyone in your party, due to negligence, accident, or willful act, you agree to provide monetary compensation in the amount of full replacement value of the damaged item. Damage to studio property of any kind caused by anyone in the client's party or group will be assessed to client's account.
